Let us understand the work process here at PolicyBachat step by step with examples.
1. Customer Visits Website:
In the first step customer lands on PolicyBachat website while searching insurance for his car or bike. Here the basic details such as Make and Model of the car, Registration details etc., and customer details such as email address and phone number are to be entered in the website. Car insurance agent is the intermediary employed by the insurance company on its behalf to sell the car insurance to the customers.
2. Lead Generation:
The details captured in the system are analysed and a lead is generated in the CRM. The CRM is the software used for maintaining the details of customer and providing the quotes, retrieving the quotes as and when necessary. The CRM is the heart of PolicyBachat where the website is integrated and is used to generate leads using the data provided by the customers.
3. Agent Role:
Once a lead is created in the CRM it is picked or allocated to an agent working with PolicyBachat. The agent will now call the lead and guide the customer. Agent tries to understand the requirements of the customer and assist him/her in selecting the best plan as per the requirement. Each and every detail of the cover will be explained by the agent and all the details provided by the customer such as NCB, PYP, RC will be cross checked with the data entered by the customer. If the data entered by customer is found to be incorrect, the agent will enter the correct data in CRM and send updated quotes to the customer.
PolicyBachat has tied-up with almost all the insurance companies for Motor insurance, Health insurance, Travel insurance and Life insurance products. Based on the eligibility and requirement of the customer quotes will be generated and sent to the customer for deciding on the product.
4. Payment:
Once the customer is satisfied with the quote that matches his requirements such as add-ons, IDV, premium etc., and then a payment link will be sent to the customer on the registered email id. The link when clicked will contain payment options such as Debit card; Credit card, Internet banking etc., and customer can chose any option for doing the payment.
The link sent to customer is from the insurance company’s payment gateway and the payment is directly credited to the insurance company.
5. Policy Copy:
The policy copy is generated immediately after the payment is done and a soft copy is shared on the registered email of the customer. The policy copy received on the mail is the official policy from the insurance company and is to be saved for future reference.
Customers are advised to check the policy copy thoroughly for any corrections and inform the same to PolicyBachat agent.
6. Quality Check:
PolicyBachat has a team of employees engaged in quality check of the calls made. Calls are randomly checked for any discrepancy and are informed to the agent and his/her supervisor for corrections. This quality check is done to reduce the mistakes and make sure that the customer is educated thoroughly regarding the insurance policy.
7. After Sales Service:
We are committed for after sales service to customers and are ready to assist our customers with their needs. The after sales service include some of the common services such as:
- Name correction or endorsement
- Contact details or address updating
- Claims related issues
- Resending Policy copy
